Text messages from Moozz
We send one text message when a translation you asked for is ready to listen. It goes to the phone number you verified when you created your account. It is a service message, not marketing, and you can stop it at any time by replying STOP.

What we send
When a translation finishes, the message names the song and links to its listen page: “Moozz: “El Reloj” is ready. Listen: https://app.moozz.com/s/… Reply STOP to opt out.”
It is one message per finished translation. We do not send marketing texts, reminders or recurring campaigns.
How you opt in
You create a Moozz account at app.moozz.com with a phone number, and we verify that number with a one-time code. The account is the opt-in: the number you verify is the number we text.
Every signed-in artist sees this notice once, in the app’s consent strip:

How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop service texts. Reply HELP for help, or START to resume. Opting out of texts does not close your account or cancel work you have already asked us to do; you can still use the web app.
The number and who sends it
We share the number with our messaging provider, Twilio, only so that it can deliver the message. We do not sell or rent phone numbers, and no marketing list receives them. The number is kept while your account is open, and you can change it in your profile or ask us to delete it.

Questions and answers
Will I get marketing texts?
No. The only text is the one service message that a finished translation is ready. There are no campaigns and no purchased lists.
Does STOP cancel my translation?
No. STOP stops the texts. Your account and any work in progress continue, and the web app still shows progress and the finished song.
