For distributors and artist platforms

Give your artists a premium feature at upload

Sell language versions as a paid add-on in your own upload flow, through our API. Your artists reach listeners in new languages with their written voice consent. You set the retail price and order through Moozz.

Your artists are competing with 106,000 uploads a day for listeners who increasingly stream in other languages. A language version is a new way to be found, and a product you can sell at upload.

What it does for your platform

A new line of revenue at upload

Add “Release in another language” next to “Add a cover” and “Pre-save”. You set the retail price. Moozz invoices you a wholesale price per song.

Retention

Artists with a language version on your platform have a reason to keep their catalogue with you. The rights record and the listening page live in your product.

No new team

White-label through the API. Your support team gets a status page and a documented process. Our team handles lyric adaptation and production.

The artist keeps their rights. Your platform keeps the customer relationship.

How the integration works

  1. 01

    Sandbox access

Test the API in your own flow. One endpoint submits a track, a language and the artist’s consent.

  2. 02

    Consent and rights check

The artist confirms ownership and consent inside your flow. Tracks with shared rights go to manual review or to Catalogue Partners.

  3. 03

    Lyrics and approval

The artist sees the adapted lyrics with a back-translation and approves in your interface.

  4. 04

    Delivery

The language version returns to your pipeline with metadata, stems and the rights record, ready to distribute like any other release.

Commercial options

Wholesale per song

You buy at a wholesale rate and set the retail price. Monthly capacity is agreed in the contract and reviewed as volume grows.

Revenue share

For platforms that prefer no fixed cost. Moozz takes a share of the add-on revenue instead of a wholesale fee.

Catalogue Partners for your label clients

Offer your label customers the no-advance, opt-in catalogue programme under your brand.

Questions

Who owns the language version?

The artist or the rightsholder who ordered it. Moozz keeps no rights in the recording.

What if the artist does not own all the rights?

The flow asks for ownership confirmation. Shared-rights tracks are routed to review or to Catalogue Partners.

How long does an adaptation take?

Timelines depend on the language, the rights and the scope. We confirm the timeline before production starts.

Which languages are supported?

We support English, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Japanese, Korean, Italian.

Is our catalogue used for anything else?

No. Tracks are used only to produce the versions your artists order.
