Data use
This page covers the website and the service. The short version: this website collects little, analytics waits for consent, and client master recordings, catalogues and project files are not used to train a shared or general-purpose AI model. The artist’s voice model is purpose-specific and consent-bound.

This website
The website collects server logs, the details you submit in the contact form and analytics data if you accept it. It does not process master recordings. The product at app.moozz.com handles project files under the customer agreement.
Client recordings and model training
We do not use client master recordings, catalogues or project files to train a shared or general-purpose AI model.
The artist’s voice model is built only from recordings the artist has authorised for that use, under the agreed terms. It is purpose-specific and consent-bound. Your files are used to deliver the version you commissioned, not to improve a model for another client.
AI in the service
The target-language lead vocal is generated by an AI voice model from the artist’s authorised voice. The artist does not perform the target-language vocal. The composition, arrangement and original performance are human. The target lyrics are adapted and reviewed by a human editor.
The release carries the industry label for machine-made recordings where IFPI or platform rules require it, and a disclosure at first exposure where Article 50 or platform rules require it. Article 50 is a disclosure duty, not a certification.
Voice consent
Artist voice consent is specific, written and separate from the master licence. It covers the voice model, the target language, the territory, the term and the agreed use. A master licence alone does not authorise a voice model or a synthetic performance.
Your rights
For personal data, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection. For questions about a project or a voice model, contact the person named in your agreement or email info@moozz.com.
